Tariffs - Are Albertans being scammed?

It seems many people in Alberta have been scammed into believing the lies of the federal government.  So Donald Trump put tariffs on Canadian products being sold in the U.S.  Would that have hurt us? 

It may to some degree is probably a good answer, but lets look at things logically.  Currently the Canadian dollar is only worth seventy cents U.S.  So even with the 25% tariff that the Trump administration levied, instead of costing American consumers $70 USD for a $100 CAD item produced in Canada, it now cost them $87 USD.  This is still a 13% saving to an American consumer purchasing Canadian goods.

So will that really stop American consumers from purchasing Canadian goods?  Very unlikely!  Now lets look at what the globalist Liberal Party of Canada did to Canadians.  They put a 25% tariff on U.S. goods coming to Canada.  That is a tax on Canadians, not Americans.  If you purchase a U.S. made item that you could have bought for $100 USD before the tariffs ($130 CAD), it is now going to cost you $178.93 CAD of which $35.93 is a tax imposed on you by the Liberal government.

How is that fair to you as a consumer when the largest trading partner Canada has is the United States?

What about the 200% -  300% tariffs Canada has had on many U.S. products (dairy, poultry, grain, etc.) for decades to protect manufacturing companies owned by the Laurentien elites?  Should Canadians not be allowed to live in a competitive market so we get the best prices and have freedom of choice?

The Liberals had in mind to start a trade war with the U.S. as they are controlled by globalists the likes of Klaus Schwab and George Soros.  Even the Conservative Party of Canada is jumping on the globalist bandwagon to start a trade war with the U.S. 

This is going to lead to the destruction of the Canadian economy and the lives of the citizens of this country will be ruined.  Does the federal globalist cabal care?  Absolutely not! 

As an Albertan and if you care about yourself and your family, it’s time you make a choice about the life you want to have.  One of freedom and prosperity or one of poverty and despair!
